I don't know how to fix the problem, nor know if updates or creates a registry key (I guess is something in HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\mvs91xx) or edits some file whatever is. The main utility of this dialog is to enable Driver Cache Mode in the Marvell Controller and disable the "Safely Removal" behavior in Windows (for drives connected to the controller).
